• You may hold only one account on gtbet. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or contact details but operated by the same individual — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close associate of gtbet or any of its affiliated companies. Individuals in such relationships are ineligible to hold a player account and participate in promotional offers.

👤Account Registration & Security

When registering an account on gtbet, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials at all times.

• You agree to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, date of birth, and a current mobile number registered in your name at the point of account registration. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. gtbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit on your account.
• gtbet reserves the right to apply transaction limits, including minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts. Current limits are displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account dashboard. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period. Standard processing times are up to 24 hours from the time the request is submitted and approved, subject to KYC status and any ongoing fraud or security review. gtbet targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal operating hours.
• gtbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. gtbet will not reimburse third-party payment processing fees under any circumstances.

gtbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, supplemented by the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions stated in the offer (for example, making a qualifying deposit of a specified minimum amount). • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using hedging strategies to eliminate risk, placing opposing bets across accounts, or any other practice designed to exploit bonus offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are valid for a limited period as specified in the offer terms. Unused free spins that expire will be removed from your account automatically. Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable offer.

gtbet may, at its sole discretion, offer personalised promotions to selected players based on gaming history and activity. These personalised offers are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to any other individual or account.

🚫Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gtbet. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. gtbet complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or any betting market. This includes sharing hand information in live card games, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or any other form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of any software, tool, algorithm, or automated system to gain an advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to game bots, odds-scraping software, arbitrage tools, or any application that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other users, including offensive communications directed at other players or gtbet staff through any Platform communication channel.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings. • gtbet does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events of force majeure may cause temporary service interruptions. gtbet will not be held liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability where such unavailability was caused by circumstances outside gtbet's reasonable control.
• In the event that a game is found to have malfunctioned or produced an error result due to a software fault, gtbet reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. gtbet's determination as to whether a malfunction occurred is final.
